Ziyan joined River in 2021 and is responsible for compliance and providing other legal supports. Previously, he practiced in Dentons LLP, King & Wood Mallesons, and Winston & Strawn, where his work encompassed a broad range of transactions, including private equity fund formation, securitization of assets, private and public mergers and acquisitions, compliance and registration issues, and capital markets transactions. Not only does he care about Riverside’s legal risk in transactions, he is also concerned about your information security, and is more than happy to solve legal problems you may have when using Riverside.
